Despite his difficulties, Hisao is able to find friends. Hisao Nakai, a normal boy living a normal life, has it turned upside down when a congenital heart defect forces him to move to a new school after a long hospitalization. Despite the Japanese setting, it was an English-language only game until it got a Japanese translation in 2015. It's also an Eroge, though there is an option to disable adult content. Katawa Shoujo ( かたわ少女, translated as "Disability Girls") is a Bishoujo Game Visual Novel developed by 4 Leaf Studios using the Ren'py engine and released in 2012.
